Details Three(3) Building Complex 236,000 SqFt Class A Office Buildings Building #1 – 76,950 Square Feet Building #2 – 88,700 Square Feet Building #3 – 69,300 Square Feet Location Lansdowne, Virginia Architect BMK, P.C., Frederick, MD Owner Buckeye Development Description It takes a monumental effort to relocate any hospital, and for the Lansdowne Office Park project it took the vision of this Developer to foresee the facilities demand of the medical and business community that would be needed in the proximity of the new hospital. Lansdowne Office Park is located on several properties adjacent to the new Inova Loudoun Hospital. The project incorporates three (3) Condominium Office buildings totaling 235,000 square feet. Waynesboro Construction worked with the Developer, the LOP Partnership, starting with the Design Phase. The projects incorporate “Green Building” technology through the use of geothermal energy. The Class ‘A’ offices also incorporate granite lobbies, and three to four story glass curtain walls systems to enhance these first class office buildings.
