Details 56,000 SqFt 4-Story Class A Office with Lower Parking Level Location Frederick, Maryland Architect Design Collective, Inc, Baltimore, MD Owner Carroll Creek Site B, LLC - Brad Tavel Description This four story Class ‘A’ office facility was the first new office building built in downtown Frederick in over 10 years. With our experience working in the downtown Frederick area and on urban jobsites Waynesboro Construction was selected to be the General Contractor. The project site presented difficult working conditions posed by a minimal staging area and access around the building. Along with the site conditions the project was located within the City Historic district and involved many special building features including intricate brickwork, exposed architectural structural steel, precast stone cornicing, and multi-level window systems.
