Description
This 3-story, 60,000 SqFt office building was the first new Class ‘A’ office space constructed on the upgraded north-south commercial corridor known as Eastern Boulevard. Hub Plaza and 90 percent of the tenant spaces were constructed by Waynesboro Construction in close coordination with the Owner - The Dahbura Family Limited Partnership, and with the architect. The special features of this building include the rounded exterior corners and second floor exterior overhang condition creating a protected perimeter sidewalk, and a spacious 3-story open granite and wood atrium with a free-standing monumental stair. Waynesboro Construction also completed sixteen (16) tenant spaces.
