Description Menno Haven selected Waynesboro Construction to build its mostly duplex Villa community on their Northfield campus. Starting from scratch in the middle of a farm field, the infrastructure was built for three phases of Villa units, including all grading, utilities, and roads. The Villas are mostly duplex units of approximately 2,400 SF per unit built with screened porches, wood decks or sunrooms, and garages.
